mari belajar memasak

ok harini belajar memasak lagi..menu utk hari ini adalah " Diet Vegetable Soup "..haha niceee without oil but it taste good dear..and you may try it at home >.< but don't play2 with fire because it will harm you, you house, your assets and everything..haha..so the SOUP consist of ;

1. 4 ulas bawang putih (*tumbuk dgn lesung) - antioksident
2. 1/2 kiub (apa2 saja-bilis,ayam etc)
3. air (*based on kuantiti)
4. lada hitam dan lada putih (*lagi bagus yg biji2 then kita hancurkan)
5. bawang besar - utk maniskan sup & antioksident too
6. so'on (*tak tahu eja tp mcm bihun tu)
7. kobis, sawi, bayam, kangkong, karrot, tomato dll (*ikut selera kamu)
8. kentang
9. ikan bilis sikit
10. satu sudu sos tiram
11. dan lain-lain mengikut kesesuaianm =)



see, without oil kan..dan khasiatnya yeahhh 80% to 99%..hoho sebulan macam ni je, gerenti kurus (*kata ibu kepadaku) kehkehkeh..thanks to ibu..hehe Puan Nurul Inawati bte Md. Sanusi =)
